Do you service my area?
If you’re within the Chicago or Naples area, absolutely. If we can reach your home within one hour of Chicago, IL or Naples, FL you’re in!
What is included in a standard cleaning?
Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.
How much will it cost?
We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?
We bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible. Alternatively, we can use green products if you would prefer. Please let us know if you would prefer green cleaning services so we can plan for this.
Can I request special tasks or extras?
Sure thing. Simply respond to your confirmation email or let us know that you would like to be applied to your service.
Are You Insured?
Yes! We want you to have complete peace of mind while we are in your home or business. We are Insured and Bonded.
How Do I Make My Payment?
Your payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, or credit cards (call hour office to setup your account)
Do I Need To Sign A Contract?
No! You may cancel service at any time. Two business days notice are required for any cancellations or change to currently scheduled cleanings. Notice of any cancelation or change to your cleaning schedule must be made by calling our office. Never provide a note or tell the cleaning staff about changes to your cleaning schedule. Polish Maids Cleaning Services also reserves the right to cancel your service at any time.
Do You Have References?
Yes! References are available upon request.
Do you offer house cleaning Gift Certificates?
We offer gift certificates in any dollar amount, plus several pampering gift packages to choose from!
